What I most love is that while they think I'm pointy haired boss and I think I'm not, to their employees THEY are pointy haired boss and they think THEY aren't. Meanwhile in truth we're all pointy haired boss to someone out there. The trick is knowing that sometimes it's you and not forgetting it.
